Project sale and rental agreement signed with Dorint in Altenrhein

On behalf of Egli Paint Service GmbH, a mixed-use real estate project was developed on their former premises directly next to the airport buildings of Altenrhein Airport. red KG AG has derived a hotel concept that is optimal for the location and outlined additional uses for the property. red KG AG's mandate also includes the acquisition of an operator for the hotel. This was found in Dorint, which plans to run the hotel with its 3-star brand Essentials by Dorint from 2026. The rental agreement was negotiated in advance with the operator and should be concluded together with the purchase agreement.

After the negotiated lease was in place and a project that could be approved was drawn up, the project was placed on the investor market in cooperation with SPGI Zürich AG from Zollikon. On February 28, 2022, a purchase agreement was concluded with Rhomberg Bau AG from St. Gallen, which also made the lease with Dorint legally binding.
