Thesis for the MAS in Real Estate at the University of Zurich
As part of the final thesis for the MAS, the key factors influencing the performance of hotels in Switzerland were determined. This work was written in the context of project development. Influencing factors were examined that can be determined in the early phases of a property development (location, number of rooms, fire...).
Simulation NG Hospitality and Mixed-Use Development
Further development of the simulation model
As a specific tool, red KG has developed analytical simulations for hospitality, mixed-use developments and residential properties. These Microsoft Excel-based models are used for optimization, plausibility checks and to prove the economic viability of projects.

Standard process planning for hotel buildings

Development of a “standard planning process for hotel buildings” supervised by the Institute for Construction Planning and Management at ETH, Zurich.
The exposé served as the basis for inclusion in the REG A of the “REG Foundation of Switzerland. Register of Engineers, Architects and Technicians”.
