Roseg property, Pontresina

<p class="font_8">Seiler AG, Pontresina commissioned red KG to carry out analysis, concept and simulation for the construction of a luxury hotel. The economic simulation showed that the project was not financially viable, let alone feasible. As a result, Seiler AG was able to use the transparent simulations to rezone the property for residential use in the canton of Graubünden. The property was subsequently sold to Zschokke AG, Chur.</p>

<p class="font_8">On behalf of Zschokke AG, Chur, red KG prepared the market analysis, the development concept, the financing concept and the sales price structure for the apartments.</p>

<p class="font_8">The apartments were all sold before construction began.</p>
