The MiraVal hotel project in Flims overcomes another hurdle
The development is part of a broadly supported local planning process, and the municipality of Flims has also approved the necessary building rights agreement. Therefore, together with Fanzun Architects – the winners of the architectural competition – this project can be further developed into a building permit application.
